In a rush in the morning? This is great for a snack or a quick breakfast on the go! It really fills you up and provides the necessary fuel to give a good jump start to the day
You need:. .
½ cup frozen fruit
1 cup fat-free yogurt.
ice cubes.
linseed.
blender or drink mixer.

– 1 –
Add ½ cup of frozen fruit of their choice to a blender. We like a mix of blueberries raspberries and blackberries. You can use fresh fruit if you have it on hand

– 2 –
Add 1 cup of nonfat yogurt to blender-select a flavor to compliment the fruit or stick with vanilla or plain yogurt

– 3 –
Add three or four ice cubes into blender

– 4 –
Add 1 teaspoon flaxseed (optional) to diaphragm

– 5 –
Put ingredients in blender (or drink mixer) and mix to desired consistency. Pour into a tall glass add a straw and drink up! If it is too thick for your taste add a splash of milk that’s how you like it.
