Lactobacillus acidophilus is a type of good stomach bacteria that help with intestinal and digestive health and helps to keep your immune system strong. The bacteria normally live in the intestines and is contained in foods such as yogurt cheese pickles and sauerkraut. Yogurt is a food source that is naturally very high in lactobactillus acidophilus and then did at home many of the processes that destroy the good bacteria avoided so you get a higher amount of good bacteria in yogurt.
1/2 cup yogurt4 cups milk

Buy yogurt from the store saying that it has actively cultures” in it.

Pour 4 cups milk in a pan and put it on the stove. Heat the milk until almost at boiling point. This will pasteurize it. Then let it cool on the stove before you can put a finger in the milk for over 10 seconds without getting burned.

Put 1/2 cup of yogurt you bought from the store in a bowl. Pour 2 cups of heated milk into the bowl with the yogurt and mix them together.

Put milk and yogurt mixture back into the pan with the other 2 cups of milk without too mix the contents together. You do not want that mixture is too thin or it will take longer to be fixed again. Put the lid on the pan and put a blanket around the pan to keep it warm. Place wrapped pan in a dark cupboard overnight.

Check if yogurt that has formed in the pan overnight is firm enough. Leave it wrapped in the closet until it is firm enough for you but do not let it unrefrigerated longer than 32 hours. You will now have yogurt that is high in Lactobacillus acidophilus.”
