We always seem to have enough time to work and play but stay healthy and fit always seems to take a back seat. It is important to maintain a healthy life complete with work play and exercise
You need:. .
An excercise regime
Healthy food.
Water.
Sleep.

– 1 –
Try to exercise 3-5 times a week. Go to the gym early or late. Buy a treadmill and yoga mat. Have fun taking the stairs and walk at lunchtime. On weekends you can cycle or skate. Have fun with it! When we were younger excercising used to be called play.

– 2 –
A diet low in meat and dairy products can do wonders. Try not to eat meat at all for a week and see how you feel. Try to find protein in tofu beans and nut butters. Cut saturated fat found in animal products and by-products.

– 3 –
Drink lots of water !!!!!

– 4 –
While we sleep the body produces our chemicals that help us not to overeat. Get 8-10 hours of sleep a night!
