Give that special someone a a 20 minute massage and you’ll burn 100 calories and get some favor points.

Swirl In office chair
When you get tired twirl a couple of times in your office chair. Do this 60 times and burn 50 calories

Studies have found that diets rich in calcium help you loose more weight.

Caffeine increases metabolism. Also when you get that caffeine kick move more and burn calories from being hyped up from caffeine. Only benifitual if you drink coffee black so that it retains its 0 calorie status.
Watch a comedy and laugh adding friends and burn even more calories because laughing is contagious.
Use a Sweat Suit
A company named Andreas sells a Vinyl Sauna Suit. You where there and it melts away fat by making you sweat. I did something like this when I was thinking of joining the army. They said I was overweight and recommended me to use Saran wrap around the stomach and chest area to burn fat faster.

Always try to keep moving. If you sit down at your computer press your foot.
Stop eating at fast food restaurants
If you use Saran Wrap to sweat you need to drink plenty of water.
