When you get tired twirl a couple of times in your office chair. Do this 60 times and burn 50 calories

A company named Andreas sells a Vinyl Sauna Suit. You where there and it melts away fat by making you sweat. I did something like this when I was thinking of joining the army. They said I was overweight and recommended me to use Saran wrap around the stomach and chest area to burn fat faster.

If you use Saran Wrap to sweat you need to drink plenty of water.
