Many people watch an average of three hours of television a day why not use one of those hours to exercise while watching your favorite show

Invest in a treadmill. Treadmills are great for losing weight while watching TV. You can slow down when the good parts of the show is on and speed up when the creative is on.

But instead of drinking a glass of wine or a beer and eat chips or pizza replacing the time with training while the show is on. Therefore you will help your weight loss goal while enjoying yourself with your friend and favorite shows.
