Peppermint essential oil.
4 bunches of fresh parsley.

Mix 5 tablespoons of baking soda with frac14; teaspoon salt.

Add 5 teaspoons vegetable glycerin and 10 drops of peppermint essential oil. Mix to combine all ingredients.

Dip the toothbrush in vegetable glycerin-based toothpaste to coat the ends of all the bristles.

Brush your tongue with toothpaste to remove odor-causing bacteria. Brush you gums teeth and roof of the mouth.

Spit out the toothpaste residue.
Rinse mouth with water.
Repeat this process as required under the fort.
