I along with many others choose to live a low carb lifestyle. The most popular low carb diet is the Atkins Diet. In doing so sometimes we tend to just eat the same meals over and over again. I mean who wants to live on bacon and eggs throughout their lives! So I have a recipe to add some spice to the low carb life. do you need:
one 14oz can of salmon.
1 egg.
olive oil.
chopped onion.
chopped peppers.

First collect all the ingredients and make them easily accessible. Make sure you have the ingredients near you it will make this process much more quickly and easily.

Then mix the salmon salt pepper egg chopped onion and bell pepper in a bowl. Mix well so that everything is mixed well.

Next heat a little olive oil in a frying pan until very hot. Try not to get too hot because it might start popping everywhere.

Next form the patties with salmon mixture and fill in the hot olive oil to fry. Add them in the frying pan slowly to avoid splashing of hot oil.
