To lose weight it helps to have support from family and friends. A great way to do this is to get your friends to join you in weight loss. A weight loss challenge can improve motivation by making each participant striving to win the prize

– 1 –
Contact friends far and near to see who is interested in participating in a weight loss competition. Determine an admission ticket. ($ 10 is something everyone can easily pay.)

Agreed on a day for everyone to weigh in. You can all meet up in someone’s house or if your friends live far away and keep in touch online you can weigh in at home and report your weight. Everyone pays the entrance fee on roads. If people are shy about letting others know your weight you can assign a person to be entrusted with everyone’s weight. This person keeps weight records for the competition but vows to keep everyone’s numbers secret.

Set a date (perhaps a month away) to weigh in again and compare weight loss on this date. You can choose to make two roads ins total: one at the beginning and at the end three months or so later. Or you may want to have periodic weigh-ins to keep everyone on track.

Agreed a premium. The final price will the money collected from entrance fees. You can give it all to the winner or divide it among the top two weight losers. You can also decide on a price for the periodic winners (ie if you make more roads ins)
