You need patience with each. . children. Make sure you talk with your child. Not only require them to obey. Let your child tell you what they want to tell about themselves. Ask your child what you can do to help them in this moment? Help your child to focus on what they want and how they are going to get it. Make sure their diet is just not consist of sweets and sugar. Let them drink plenty of water, not just milk or juice. Try not to get emotionally upset around kids. Some of the reasons why children can not focus, is because of the energy or the sound they pick up at home.

Give them a challenge to get done what needs to be done at that moment. Ask them to help you, rather than order them to do anything. Tell them you need their help and explain how they can be of help. Pay attention to what makes your child happy. Reward them when they have done what needed to be done. Encourage them to play music (not rap).

Let them see you smile. Squeeze them much. Laugh with them. Talk about some of the things that you did while you were growing up. Take them outdoors much. Let them play (that children should play). You play with them. Let them be creative. And sometimes they build a mess. They can always help you clean it up. Encourage them to be who they are, not what you want them to be.
