If you are strength training, has a journal for it and write down a fitness journal, which days you trained as part of the body and how many reps and sets of each. Also how much cardio you do and what machine you use, and how long and what level.
Try to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet and limiting starches such as :. rice, potatoes, pasta and bread. No late night snacking with starch at night, this will increase your waist line.
Go to the gym with a partner, and this will help you stay motivated and keep you on track. Also getting a trainer or dietitian can help you obtain these goals if it has hard to stay motivated. Also do not forget to be positive, anyone can achieve their goals if they remain positive.
Also do not forget to give yourself 10 minutes every day to reflect on everything in your life, this will help keep you on track.
