1 pint grape tomatoes.
6 tablespoons olive oil.
2 tablespoons margarine.
2 tablespoons chopped basil.
1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
1 cup mozzarella.
Boil water in a large pot. A few minutes before the water has reached a distressing boil, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pasta to boiling water and cook according to package instructions. Add chicken, cooking until done or about 5 minutes on each side. While chicken and pasta is cooking, chop the tomatoes in half.
Remove chicken from the heat. Add tomatoes to the pan, cooking for about two minutes. Before draining the pasta, reserve 1/2 cup of water from the pot. Drain pasta. Toss pasta with margarine and remaining olive oil.
Add basil and parsley to pasta. Mix in chicken and tomato. Putting pan over medium heat, add cheese and reserved cooking oil and toss in 30 others and serve.
