1 cup lentils, 1 onion, 3 carrots, 1 leek, celery

3 bay leaves.
3 soy sausages.
1 2/3 cup water.
Chop up 3 celery stalks, 3 carrots, 1 leek, and onions. Place 3 tablespoons olive oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion © first for about 4 minutes, than finely chopped leeks, carrots, and celery. At this point you can add soy sausage (chopped). The soy sausages can be replaced with low-fat turkey bacon or keilbasi. Just enough for flavor.
